Renew Your Membership for 2009

Wednesday, December 24th, 2008

It’s time to renew your membership for 2009. VeloProject.com had a successful year in 2008, especially considering this was our first year of existence. Among our accomplishments were:

  • The VeloProject.com sponsorship of the first annual Piedmont Triad Omnium helped raise $16,000 for the MS Society and Davidson County Tourism
  • VeloProject.com rides for hunger in September and November resulted in significant donations to West End Ministries and Open Door Ministries
  • We were very well represented at USCF cycling events by racers of all levels and abilities, both new and old to the sport
  • Our members participated in numerous other charity rides during the year

In 2009 we aim to continue, and expand, on these successes. In order to accomplish this we need your support.

VeloProject.com membership for 2009 is free to all members who purchase a 2009 jersey, or a full kit. Prices for these are at club cost, which represent a significant discount over retail pricing.

2009 renewal with jersey purchase $70

2009 renewal with full kit purchase (jersey and shorts or bibs) $140

2009 renewal without jersey or kit $20

Members who sign up for the race team are required to buy at least one kit. Racing members who participate in at least 10 races will be reimbursed for the full cost of a kit, upon completion of their 10th race.

The kits will be supplied by Mt. Borah. They are made in the USA and quality is superior to that of Verge. Design and colors will be similar to 2008. Sizing kits will be available in January.

To secure your 2009 membership and jersey or kit order, please complete and return this application, along with payment, by January 3:
