   Hey Guys:

   Just thought I would send out an update to the forum regarding my injuries. Went to the Doc yesterday, he says I am healing well. Not much pain, haven't used any pain meds since last Tuesday. Doc is now letting me get out of the sling a little bit, so I am able to type this with both hands. Starting Physical Therapy on Monday and see the Doc again at the end of the month. Probably won't be back on the road before then, depends on the Physical Therapy and how I feel. My goal is to be ready for the Blue Ridge Brutal in mid August. I'm sure I will see all of you at the Peidmont Triad Omnium next week.
